I looked for any official information about respawn time, but I could not find an article regarding to heroes respawn time in official.

I found some patch notes only as below.

patch note 2021/04/13, adjusted heroes respawn time to be shorter in the first 20 minutes of a game, after which it grows in duration.

patch note 2021/05/11, reduced the respawn time after a battle lasts 25 minutes, to improve player experience in lengthy matches.

patch note 2021/06/15, respawn time changes as time goes on and is capped at 90secs.

Only 1 fact is clear. The longest respawn time is 90 seconds.

Shown as headline, you can estimate respawn time in brawl mode to be ((game time mins + lv) * 2) seconds.

e.g. in case of game time 2mins and level 8, then (2+8)*2 = 20 seconds is respawn time.

In brawl mode, respawn time difference between estimation and actual is small.
